KAMERAZ SUPERSUNDAY on Sept 5
Will take place at KAMERAZ from 9AM-3PM. Consists of:
* FOTOBUY(a marketplace to buy and sell photographs).
We have about 25 photographers on board, each selling 2-10 images. We have the potential to accommodate up to 50 photographers. Please click here for criteria and fees.
* A photographic flea-market of books, equipment, accessories, etc.
* Photographic workshops:
(a).Studio: two, one hour workshops will take place on PORTRAITURE at 10PM and FASHION at 12PM. It will be held by young, dynamic working photographers/lecturers, Waldo Pretorius and Paul Duffy of COLLEGE OF DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY. Costs are R85 each or R150 for both. Booking essential through COLLEGE OF DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY. Experienced Keith Groenewald of KAMERAZ will be on hand to advise on the equipment side.
(b).OLYMPUS will be conducting informal product demonstrations on their PEN E-P1 and E-P2, and other models.
(c).Rediscover the joy of using film in the inimitable, offbeat LOMOGRAPHY way.
* SALE of SIGMA SECOND STOCK: this is typically box-damaged or demo equipment that wholesalers are clearing at low prices, but with full guarantees.
* KAMERAZ the shop will also be open.
