HOW DOES IT WORK? Photographers hire one side of a 1.2m X 2m wire grid at R100 per grid, payable on booking and non-refundable. KAMERAZ takes a 20% commission on any sales.

WHO DOES THE SELLING AND SETTING UP? Photographers, themselves. Transaction per se is made by KAMERAZ.

WHO DETERMINES THE PRICE OF THE IMAGES? Yourselves.

WHEN CAN THE PHOTOGRAPHER EXPECT PAYMENT FOR SALES? We can do it at end of day on receipt of photographer’s invoice; typically we’ll do EFT or cheque.

HOW DOES ONE QUALIFY TO EXHIBIT? Submit images, electronically or leave at shop for evaluation.

WHO DECIDES ON WHAT QUALIFIES TO EXHIBIT? As this is not a competition, suitability will be dealt with on an ad hoc basis by organizer, in consultation with, if necessary, whoever he deems suitable.

IMAGES: WHAT SIZE, FRAMED/UNFRAMED? Any size within confines of grid. Framed/unframed, but must have mounting board and clean/presentable.

HOW MANY IMAGES PER GRID? At this stage, no limit as long as images remains within the confines of the grid.

WILL THE EVENT BE ADVERTISED? The challenge, obviously, is to inform the public. We endeavour to get as much media coverage as possible through radio and newspapers’ WHAT’S ON.

Like in everything elsee, the organisers’ decision to accept/not accept any submission is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
